Digital maturity partnership

The partnership enables the Italian appliances brand to improve product quality, streamline operations and expand into new markets.

Digitopia has partnered with Italian appliance brand, TecnoSuperiore, to consult on and support the organisation in its digital transformation efforts. Digitopia will assess, define and benchmark TecnoSuperiore’s digital capabilities to ensure world class customer experience and operational efficiency.

Located in the centre of the Emilia region in Italy, TecnoSuperiore produces premium home appliance products. With products manufactured in its historical factory in Gualtieri, the organisation is the largest investor in the region, and exports to more than 60 countries around the world.

Digitopia’s solutions, which will be leveraged to assess the progress of digital transformation for TecnoSuperiore, include:

Digital Maturity Index (DMI) – a comprehensive and accessible digital maturity model and methodology, analysing digital maturity levels across 6 core dimensions to provide an organisation’s personalised score

Digital Maturity Platform (DMP) – a maturity platform supporting a number of leading maturity models, providing real-time reporting and dashboards for organisational maturity and industry benchmarking

The partnership will enable TecnoSuperiore to define a digital transformation strategy and roadmap throughout the next couple of years. By regularly measuring and benchmarking its digital maturity, the organisation will be able to align its executive leadership team around a shared vision and establish a digital-first culture throughout the entire business.

As TecnoSuperiore becomes more digitally mature, it aims to improve overall product quality and streamline operations throughout its supply chain. The brand will also be able to advance customer experience, integrate with wider ecosystems for digital innovation and expand into new markets.

Halil Aksu, CEO and co-founder of Digitopia says, “Digitopia’s partnership with TecnoSuperiore represents the organisation’s first project in Italy, as we continue to expand our presence across Europe. This is a really exciting partnership for us, and we are looking forward to helping TecnoSuperiore improve its digital maturity; enabling the business to deliver outcomes that are beneficial not only internally, but to its customers and partners as well.”

Serdar Saner, CEO of TecnoSuperiore commented, “Digitopia’s expertise and consultative approach to digital maturity makes the organisation the perfect partner as we begin our digital journey. In today’s environment, businesses must adapt, or risk being left behind. We are confident that Digitopia will help us develop a robust and reliable digital maturity strategy that sustainably accelerates our digital transformation and delivers genuine business value.”
