Version 6.1.4 of Stratusphere UX provides:

Furthermore, the robust Stratusphere UX API is being utilized in organizations as a data-mining engine to complement their current data visualization, business intelligence (BI) and service desk platforms. Usage metrics are a key component in all three and Stratusphere UX provides a comprehensive ‘drill down’ into every aspect of user experience – diagnostics, performance validation and optimization, base-lining and on-boarding users, and prioritizing support – that feeds these platforms with the required data metrics.
