Crestchic helps China Ship Building Corporation test onboard generators

Global load bank manufacturer, Crestchic has supplied a bespoke load bank to its prestigious customer, CSBC Corporation, Taiwan (formerly known as China Ship Building Corporation (CSBC), through its distributor DDR Enterprise Corp.

Crestchic delivered the made-to-order 6250kVA resistive / reactive load bank to CSBC Corporation, Taiwan’s shipbuilding facility in Keelung, Taiwan.  The load bank is a multi-voltage, multi-frequency unit at 0.8pf and is housed in a 30ft container.  The unit will be used during ship building and ship repair, to allow for testing of the onboard generator sets, and to enable multiple generators to be paralleled on a common busbar.
