Following from the successful Ingram Micro UK Cloud Summit 2017 at the London Film Museum, Ingram Micro Cloud is now announcing that it is adding a range of new services, technologies, partner programs, and vendors to its UK portfolio. Aimed at further increasing its capacity to help partners grow their revenues and enduring cloud business, these include:

Next Generation of Odin Automation Premium – This ground-up reinvention of Odin Automation Premium takes the ease of automated end-to-end services delivery management and adds elements that embrace the big data revolution. With a new Business Intelligence module, partner organisations can consolidate their customer data in one place and analyse it to minimise churn and increase revenue. In keeping with technological shifts, the Next Generation incorporates digital services management that works for the Internet of Things, as well as Cloud and Telco.

Odin Automation Essentials – Many organisations are put off building a cloud business by the complexity of managing all the manual processes usually used to purchase, resell, and provision cloud technology. Odin Automation Essentials combines a preconfigured, partner-branded web store with a service automation platform, providing the infrastructure for cloud delivery. This allows partners to focus on their core strengths – customer service, marketing, and business development.

Ingram Micro Cloud Federation – The Federation removes the complexity of negotiating contracts to bring new cloud services to market by providing an efficient way for partner organisations to expand their cloud solution portfolios. Providing pre-negotiation distribution agreements with pricing designed to increase revenues, it enables organisations to launch new services more smoothly than ever before.

Ingram Micro Cloud Orchestrator – The Orchestrator provides a single portal from which organisations can automate the deployment and management of workloads in any cloud, using a series of automated tools and preconfigured templates – whether private, public, or hybrid.

Cloud Referral Program – Following the demise of the Office 365 Advisor program in 2016, Ingram Micro Cloud has filled the gap in the UK marketplace by providing an alternate source of seamless entry into cloud services. It enables partner organisations to drive additional commissions simply by directing their end-customers to Ingram Micro Cloud’s new referral website.

Apay Obang-Oyway, Director Cloud & Software, UK&I at Ingram Micro, commented on these new measures: “With enterprises now saying that their cloud and hosting budgets are likely to grow far more than their general IT spend in 2017 according to 451 Research, this is an opportune moment for partner organisations to grow a cloud business that can address their needs. These new services and technologies are aimed at eliminating that complexity and enabling partner organisations to focus on what they do best – meeting customer needs and building profitable businesses.”

Ingram Micro Cloud has also further diversified its broad portfolio of cloud services with a variety of vendor organisations covering diverse needs:

DocuSign – Electronic signature technology that makes it seamless to sign contracts
Cisco Spark – Single, simple, secure place for a range of collaboration and communication services
Spamina – Cloud security services for digital communications
BitTitan – Cloud-based solutions that help ITSPs sell and manage cloud technology
