Datera has announced a strategic partnership with Accelerite, a leading vendor of enterprise infrastructure software. With this partnership, Accelerite and Datera offer a private cloud solution that is architected as-a-service for all-flash and hybrid flexibility and optimized for true scale-out and enterprise-class performance. This partnership will authorize Accelerite to offer Datera’s Elastic Data Fabric through all of its channels, which allows companies to run enterprise applications at web-scale economics, and adapt quickly to ever-changing business demands.

Accelerite is the largest private cloud technology provider based on Apache CloudStack™. With the Datera Elastic Data Fabric software, enterprise data centers will have intelligent and flexible data storage capabilities that seamlessly adapt to their ever-changing business demands. The Datera software works on commodity x86 servers for all clouds, allowing companies to have the agility to run enterprise applications at web-scale operational efficiency and enterprise class performance with low latency.

"Accelerite continues to innovate cloud infrastructure for the enterprise, with the goal of simplifying private and hybrid cloud environments and optimizing the use of data center resources,” said Rajesh Ramchandani, General Manager, Cloud Products at Accelerite. “As the need for storage capacity dynamically changes, silos of storage can impact data center efficiency. We are extremely pleased to partner with Datera to offer our enterprise customers a best-in-class solution to automate the provisioning of data storage across silos, along with the flexibility to add capacity and performance as needed. The combination of Accelerite CloudPlatform and Datera’s Elastic Data Fabric is another way for enterprises to reduce time-to-market for new services, while reducing TCO.”

“Organizations need modern data management solutions that can deliver the flexibility and performance critical to today’s ever-changing business demands,” said Marc Fleischmann, CEO and founder of Datera. “Through this partnership, Datera and Accelerite will provide enterprises and service providers with a proven, simple and scalable storage solution for on-premises clouds that is architected as-a-service to support any application on any orchestration stack. We look forward to working together to help customers reduce operational complexities in their data center while simultaneously remaining agile and poised for growth.”
