It provides intuitive, user-friendly visualisation of events, proactive fault and incident detection, configuration assistance and system health checks. The Scality HALO system is a smart learning system which uses previous system behavior to define predictive range KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Automatic alerts are triggered to notify key personnel who can proactively respond and maintain continuous uptime. Scality HALO comes in two programme levels, a full-featured DCS edition and a Standard version. The Standard version is available to all Scality customers for free and includes up to 15 diagnostic metrics.

“The Scality support team is always ready to answer any question, reacts quickly and skillfully resolves any issues,” said Bart Provoost, Manager of Network Applications and Services at Telenet. “As we continue to scale our capacity, we look forward to deploying new features, knowing that Scality support will be with us all the way.”

It reinforces Scality’s best-in-class customer service through standardised business operations, engineering reviews, access to dedicated customer service engineers, systematic audits of Scality RING and prioritised escalation processes. All DCS customers who implement Scality HALO Cloud Monitor will be provided a 100 percent Availability Guarantee.
