With around 60 users spread across two offices, Verisona Law is an innovative law firm that prides itself on exceptional client service, but expects to utilise IT more fully to develop better working practices to deliver an improved service to its growing client list.
Nick Hayne, professional services manager at Quiss Technology commented: “Verisona were clear from the outset that their growth plans required a service provider with experience in the legal sector, knowledge of the Peppermint Legal Service Platform and a record of proactive support, which happily played to our key strengths.
“Following an initial review of their systems and infrastructure, we presented Verisona’s management team with a proposal that supported the firm’s current IT needs and considered their future strategic plans.
“Importantly, our solution is easy to manage both commercially and operationally, which allows the firm to focus on the delivery of high quality legal services, rather than the day-to-day IT needs of their users.
“With user numbers expected to increase significantly over the term of the contract, accurate budgeting was a necessity for the management team at Verisona. This requirement was easily met with our simple, comprehensive and inclusive pricing covering guaranteed service levels and unlimited support from our well-resourced UK-based helpdesk.”
Paula Cooke, ICT Manager at Verisona Law commented on the appointment of Quiss Technology: “Throughout the tender process we were impressed by the knowledge Quiss were able to demonstrate. Their ability to deliver the necessary IT support was a given, but what secured the decision in their favour was their knowledge of the Peppermint platform and their high quality work in the legal sector, recognised by a number of detailed recommendations.
“We now have a single point of contact for all of our IT requirements, safe in the knowledge Quiss support all applications used within the business and where necessary, will liaise with third party providers to ensure a seamless and problem free IT environment.
“Our future growth relies heavily on optimising our use of technology to connect, communicate and collaborate more effectively with our clients. I expect more from Quiss than just first line support; they will provide assistance and guidance to me as I continue to manage IT related projects, customise Peppermint and generally look to exploit legal technology to drive our business forward.”
Hayne concludes: “It is always pleasing to welcome a new client, but it is especially gratifying when there is such a close fit between a prospect’s needs and our strengths, as it demonstrates we have developed the right solutions and the right team to deliver them.
“I’m confident that the increasing popularity of Peppermint’s Legal Services Platform and growing recognition of the role optimised technology can play in the success of law firms of all sizes, will ensure a steady demand for our IT support services in the years ahead.”
